She offers expertise in strategy development, business transformation, new market entry, mergers and acquisitions, consumer marketing & operations across diverse geographies and business environments. She is passionate, insights-driven, and entrepreneurial in her approach and a creative leader.

Born in Budapest, Hungary, Gyongyver obtained her master's degree in economics and marketing from the Budapest Business School, University of Applied Sciences, and leadership certification from Harvard and Yale. She has worked and lived internationally in the past two decades in the Middle East, China, South East Asia, and the USA. She lives in the Greater Houston Area in Texas.
Simon is a globally recognized multi-category executive with extensive business management experience across several business sectors.
In a career spanning over 30 years, he has held senior positions in trading, procurement, category management, brand marketing, shopper marketing, and supply chain in the retail industry. He has extensive experience and expertise across Europe, Africa, South-East Asia, and North/Central America, leading teams and projects in product assortment, price mechanics, global and regional branding, promotional campaigns, format development, operational process, and training.
Simon has led several sustainable and profitable growth programs across multiple grocery, wholesale and convenience sectors. He has in-depth experience in strategy, M&A, procurement, pricing and consumer marketing. He led cross-functional projects with finance, data, research, and human resource teams.
Throughout his career, Simon has been a driven, personable, and highly motivated individual with strong leadership, project management, business development and communication skills. He has a proven track record in strategically leading teams, projects, and categories to successful growth, increased share, and profitability.
Born in Norwich in the U.K., Simon obtained his Classics degree at the University of Kent and has accreditations for Leadership and Marketing from Cornell and Northwestern University. Simon is to guest lecture at the University of Anglia’s Business School next year on Shopper Marketing. He is based in the U.K. after international travel and experience for several years.
Gabi is a results-driven, highly analytical provider of insights-driven initiatives for strategic planning & business development. She thrives on understanding business dynamics and the shopper motivations that drive purchases and loyalty.
Gabi has over 20 years of functional experience in Commercial Strategy, Category Management, Shopper Marketing, Brand and Sales Planning, Market Research, and Training. She has consistently led initiatives that have driven market share and incremental retail sales growth for FMCG companies and retail operators in the Americas, Europe, Middle East, Australasia and South Africa
Gabi holds her Master of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University, where she graduated in the Top 10. She is a Certified Professional Strategic Advisor by the Category Management Association and holds Certified Marketer Credentials from the General Assembly. She lives in Los Angeles, California.

Through his 30+ year career, he has lived and worked in Asia, Australia, Western Europe, and the US. He has extensive senior management experience in line roles spanning Customer Management, Shopper Marketing, Digital Business Platforms, and Leadership Development across companies in the Consumer-Packaged Goods, Biotechnology, Retail, and Agriculture industries.

He currently leads a technical team with a variety of roles that can help clients with analytical modeling, database management, and dashboard development
He is based in Singapore and has worked as an Analytics Lead in several large global research firms including Kantar, Ipsos, and the largest media company in Singapore.
Laszlo is a creative and pioneering financial professional with extensive technical and analytical skills and strong business acumen.
He has a proven track record of creating value by successfully delivering complex business reorganization, financial processes, system redesign, and improvement projects.
During his 30-year tenure with a major integrated oil company and his consequent consulting role, Laszlo held global and regional financial positions with an emphasis on investment and divestment management; design and implementation of management information solutions, interpreting and implementing accounting principles, designing and applying assurance frameworks, risk assessment and treasury management.
Born in Gyongyos, Hungary, Laszlo holds a Master’s Degree in Economics and Finance from the University of Economics in Budapest.
He has worked on international assignments and global projects for the last 20 years, including various positions with the oil major and his current consulting role.
DR. TAMAS BELLAK
Dr. Bellak has broad legal, business, and management background of more than 30 years of experience in commercial, corporate, financial, banking, and real estate sectors.
His core competence is advising and facilitating clients in commercial, corporate, and financial law matters. He is focused on problem-solving and creative and effective deal-making.
